Terms & Conditions for Gold365 — User Agreement

1. Definitions

• “Gold365” — the sports exchange and gaming platform accessible via Gold365 ID.
• “Gold365 ID / Gold365 login” — credentials issued to access Gold365.
• “gold365-id.org / We / Us” — the facilitation portal providing ID creation support, guidance, and customer service.
• “User / You” — person requesting or using a Gold365 ID via our portal.

2. Eligibility — 18+ Only & Jurisdiction

You may use Gold365 only if you are at least 18 years old (or higher majority age in your jurisdiction). You must ensure that online gaming/betting is legal in your state/country before requesting a Gold365 ID. We may request government ID for age verification at any time. IDs found to be held by minors will be suspended and balances handled per law. Users from jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited must not use Gold365. 3. Gold365 ID Creation & Account Use

• Gold365 ID creation via gold365-id.org is free; you only fund your wallet to play.
• You must provide accurate name and contact; one person may hold multiple IDs but each requires separate verification.
• You are responsible for confidentiality of your Gold365 login password and OTP. Do not share with anyone — our team never asks for OTP.
• You must notify support immediately of unauthorized access via WhatsApp.
• We may suspend or terminate any Gold365 ID for fraud, chargeback abuse, collusion, bot use, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

• All transactions are in INR unless stated. Supported methods: UPI, IMPS, Net Banking, Paytm/GPay, and USDT where offered — via RBI-compliant gateways.
• Minimum/maximum limits and processing times (deposits 60 sec, withdrawals 10-30 min) are shown at deposit screen and may vary by method/KYC.
• You warrant that funds are from legal sources and you are authorized to use the payment instrument.
• Withdrawals require verification and may be subject to anti-money-laundering checks. We may ask for KYC before large withdrawals.
• We do not offer credit. You cannot play with borrowed funds from Gold365.
• Transaction records are retained per financial regulations. See Privacy Policy — Data Retention.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses for Gold365 ID (welcome, referral, loyalty) are optional and subject to wagering requirements, expiry, and game restrictions displayed inside Gold365 before opt-in.
• We may cancel or void bonuses for abuse, multiple accounting to harvest bonuses, or breach of rules. No “guaranteed win” is ever promised.
• Promotions are 18+ only and include responsible gaming messaging. We do not target minors.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• All games use certified RNG / live dealers; odds are dynamic. Do not use bots, AI automation, collusion, or exploit bugs.
• Prohibited: money laundering, chargeback fraud, sale/transfer of Gold365 ID, or using VPN to misrepresent jurisdiction where prohibited.
• Violations may result in voided bets, forfeiture of illicit gains, and permanent ban of Gold365 ID.

7. Responsible Gaming — Your Obligation

You agree to use Gold365 responsibly: set personal limits, never chase losses, and use our free tools (deposit/loss/wager/session limits, cool-off, self-exclusion) via WhatsApp support. If you feel play is becoming harmful, immediately request limits or self-exclusion and contact helplines listed on our Responsible Gaming page (Kiran 1800-599-0019, Tele MANAS 14416, GambleAware, GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous). We may proactively intervene with check-ins if we detect risky patterns.

8. Intellectual Property

Content on gold365-id.org (text, logo, design) is owned by us or licensed. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse without permission. Gold365 platform content is owned by its operators. Nothing in these Terms transfers IP to you.

9. External Links & Third Parties

gold365-id.org links to Gold365 login, payment gateways, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Their terms govern your use there. We are not liable for third-party content or actions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Gold365 involves chance and financial risk; no winnings guaranteed. Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or funds arising from use or inability to use Gold365 ID or portal. Maximum liability is limited to amount you paid via our portal for facilitation (which is zero for ID creation). See full Disclaimer.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Gold365 ID or access to gold365-id.org at any time for breach, legal order, or risk management, with or without notice. You may request account closure anytime; withdrawable balance will be settled per processing rules.

12. Privacy & Data

Personal data for Gold365 ID is handled per our Privacy Policy — encrypted, minimized, never sold, and retained only as needed. By using the service you consent to that processing including age verification and responsible gaming limit records.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect Gold365 changes or law. Updated version with new Last Updated date will be posted here; material changes highlighted on gold365-id.org. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Check periodically.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted via support at Contact Us / WhatsApp for amicable resolution; if unresolved, competent courts at our registered jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, subject to consumer protection laws.
